    • Provide photo proof clearly showing the damage to the product and its packaging.

    • Please note that we do not process refunds, and replacements will be provided for eligible cases.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Photo proof of damage is mandatory for initiating the return/exchange process.
  • Requests submitted after 3 working days of delivery will not be considered.
